Terms of Service

1. Who we are

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator above; "you" and "your" refer to the person or entity using the Service. By accessing or using ZuckerBot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

ZuckerBot is a toolkit that lets you manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising through an AI agent or a REST API — auditing accounts, building and launching campaigns, managing audiences, and tracking conversions. It is provided as a remote MCP server, a local MCP package, and a v1 REST API.

The Service acts on your instructions, executed through your connected AI agent and your own connected Meta account. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the actions your agent takes.

3. Your lifetime licence & codes

• ZuckerBot is sold as a lifetime deal through the Dealify marketplace. A purchase entitles you to one or more single-use licence codes.
• Redeeming one code activates Tier 1; redeeming two activates Tier 2; redeeming three activates Tier 3 (the maximum). Codes must be redeemed on the same account to stack.
• Each tier carries fixed monthly usage limits (ad accounts, API calls, request rate). These limits are part of the deal and are what make a one-time price sustainable.
• Licence codes are single-use and are bound to the account that redeems them. They are not transferable or for resale except as permitted by the marketplace you bought them through.
• Your licence does not expire and does not auto-renew. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Service (see section 8).

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, Community Standards, and Platform Terms at all times.
• Use the Service only for accounts and businesses you are authorised to manage.
• Not attempt to circumvent tier limits, rate limits, or metering (for example, by creating multiple accounts to multiply quota).
• Not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful advertising, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Keep your API keys and account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Meta / Facebook integration & your ad spend

By connecting your Meta account, you authorise us to access your Pages and ad accounts and to create, edit, pause, and manage campaigns and related assets on your behalf, and to read performance and lead data, as directed by you through your agent.

6. Usage limits & exclusions

• Each tier has a hard monthly cap on API calls and a per-minute rate limit. When a cap is reached, requests are declined until the next monthly cycle. There is no overage billing.
• AI image and video generation is excluded from the lifetime deal (it carries real per-render costs). Analysis of your existing creatives is included. Generation may later be offered as a separate paid add-on.
• We may adjust limits or introduce new paid features over time; we will not reduce the core limits of a tier you already hold without reasonable notice.

7. Refunds

Lifetime-deal purchases are covered by Dealify's money-back guarantee as stated on the listing where you purchased (typically a 30-day window). Refunds are requested and processed through Dealify in accordance with their terms. When a purchase is refunded, the associated licence codes and any tier they granted are deactivated.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 10).

8. Availability, changes & "lifetime"

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, add, or remove features. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service, not a personal guarantee of perpetual operation.

If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable prior notice by email or on the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or an on-site notice, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, documentation, and branding, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. Your licence grants you the right to use the Service under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership. Content and data belonging to your business and your ad accounts remain yours.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant any particular advertising outcome, return on ad spend, lead volume, or campaign performance — advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your inputs, your market, and Meta's systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, ad spend, revenue, or data. To the extent our liability can be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, to Meta, or to others. On termination for breach, your licence and access may be revoked.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
