Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

• Account details — the email address you sign in with. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we don't store a password.
• Meta connection — the access token you grant when you connect your Meta account, plus token type and expiry. This is encrypted at rest (see section 5).
• Ad account data — campaign, ad, audience, creative, lead, and performance data that we retrieve from Meta on your behalf when your agent runs a task. We fetch this to perform the actions you request.
• Usage & metering — API calls, tool usage, tier, and rate/quota counters, used to enforce your plan limits and operate the Service.
• Support correspondence — emails you send to us and our replies.
• Site analytics — standard usage analytics and device/browser data when you visit our website (see section 6).

3. How we use it

• To provide the Service — connecting to Meta and executing the campaign, audience, audit, and conversion tasks you request.
• To authenticate you and enforce your tier's usage limits.
• To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
• To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your ad account data.

4. Your Meta data

When you connect Meta, you authorise us to access and act on your Pages and ad accounts as directed by you. We use that access only to perform the tasks you request through the Service. We retrieve ad data on demand and retain only what's needed to operate features you use (for example, audit results and metering). We don't use your ad account data to advertise to your customers on our own behalf, and we don't share it with other customers.

5. Security

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, and encryption of the most sensitive credential (your Meta token) is enforced.

We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Our website also uses Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality. Some of these providers are located overseas, which means your information may be processed outside Australia.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data — including your keys, Meta connection, and stored data — by emailing support@zuckerbot.ai from your account email.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact support@zuckerbot.ai. If you have a privacy concern we haven't resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
